“I’m leaving.” That’s what the note had said when he’d woken up alone that morning.

Freshly graduated from high school, about to start college with his longtime boyfriend, Just to wake up one morning to the short curt note.

He had read it over and over again before crumbling it up and throwing it at the wall. He’d walked around their apartment; all of his things were gone. The space where his moving boxes had once been was gone.

Gone.

The apartment felt way to empty.

What had he done?

All he done was help his blonde with all his issues.

He’d even finally gotten his blonde’s brother to like him.

But he left. With only a note left in his wake.

A thought struck him quickly. The blonde’s brother! He’d know where he had gone.

“The number your trying to reach has either been disconnected or does not exist…”

He stared at his phone.

They were both gone.
